To sign up for a Teen-Traffic-Safety-Driver-Education course, please
~1. Click on the “APEX Registration form” link above the vehicle picture to the left
~2. Print off the form and fill-in using black or blue ink;

~3. Please drop off the completed registration form with $100 deposit at the classroom site
If paying the deposit by check or money order, you may use the mail opening in the front classroom door.
If paying the deposit with cash, please come in during office hours for a receipt
~4. Office hours are Monday through Thursday ~6:35pm > ~8:35pm except for some Holidays
